RED PEPPER DIP WITH FETA CHEESE AND GREEK YOGURT

 

Greek spicy feta dip! This simple creamy, savory dip with a hint of spice is downright irresistible. Recipe prepared by our executive chef at the Pioneer Beach Hotel.

 

 

INGREDIENTS

2 Red Bell Peppers, roasted

¼ Cup Feta

2 tbsp Walnuts

3-4 tbsp Yogurt

1 tbsp Olive Oil

A pinch of Oregano

Salt and Pepper

1 Clove Garlic

 

METHOD

Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Mix until everything is chopped and blended.

Place the dip in a serving bowl and let it sit for at least an hour in the refrigerator before serving.

Serve with Pitta bread.
